Through collaboration with Voices of Hope, a local nonprofit, our program offers full wrap around services to overcome barriers to long term recovery.

Peers are people with lived experience with addiction and recovery. Peers at Voices of Hope and Recovery Health Services (RHS) at the Cecil Community Recovery Center provide:
Personalized recovery planning
Medication assisted treatment Methadone & Suboxone
Comfort Medications that treat symptoms of withdrawal
One on One Addiction counseling
Detox/Residential treatment referral & transportation
Registered Nurse guided healthcare coordination
Drug-use related Wound Care
Supportive groups for all stages of recovery
Community resource guidance & connections
Recovery Housing (sober living)
Overdose Prevention information and Narcan
